Kelsey came to MiraCosta via Carlsbad High School where she graduated in 2023 and The University of Redlands after that. Her home town is Carlsbad. She was on the Dean's List and is majoring in Business Economics. Kelsey's father, Dennis Samala, is a professional chef. Her brother, Gage, is a fire fighter with CalFire. Kelsey's favorite food is sushi and her favorite athlete is Alex Morgan.
