Spartans Finish Undefeated In Conference Play, Win Championship

The MiraCosta College beach volleyball team completed a dominant run through conference play, finishing a perfect 12-0 to secure the conference championship.

The Spartans showcased consistency, depth, and high-level execution throughout the season, closing conference competition undefeated while compiling an overall record of 21-4. MiraCosta's ability to control duals from top to bottom of the lineup proved to be the difference all season, as the team consistently delivered in every flight.

Head coach and program leaders emphasized a team-first approach that translated into strong pair performances and complete team victories. The Spartans' balanced lineup and competitive edge allowed them to maintain momentum throughout conference play, culminating in an unblemished record.

With the conference title secured, MiraCosta now turns its attention to the postseason. The Spartans are currently awaiting seeding for the upcoming 3C2A Southern California Regional Team Tournament, which begins on April 28.

The postseason will culminate at the 3C2A State Championships, hosted by Mt. San Antonio College from May 7–9, where MiraCosta will look to carry its momentum onto the state stage.

As the Spartans prepare for the next phase, their perfect conference season has already established them as one of the top teams to watch in the state
